Pricing Information:
For all products, there are 2 types of Notary Legalisation:
- Legalisation of an electronic document (PDF) – 70 CHF
- Legalisation of the actual (handwritten) signature – 150 CHF
The Product base fee includes the Legalisation of a PDF. You must choose the language for your Notary Legalisation once the product has been selected. If you need a Notary Legalisation of the actual (handwritten) signature please select this on the product page (using the drop down menu) – an additional 80 CHF will be added. If you wish to add an Apostille/Super Legalisation as well, please use the Apostille/Super Legalisation drop down menu on the product page or click here. (Countries in the Hague Convention require an Apostille, Countries outside require a Super Legalisation).

Document REVIEW
You provide the document that needs notarisation, along with valid identification. We check that everything is complete, legally valid, and ready for notarisation.

IDENTITY Verification
We verify your identity in person or via secure video call, ensuring the signer understands the document and is signing it willingly and without coercion.

SIGNING & NOTARIsATION
Once verified, the document is signed in front of the notary. We then apply the official notarial seal and signature, completing the notarisation process.

DOCUMENT RETURN
Your notarised document is returned to you immediately in person, or delivered securely via mail or courier—ready for submission wherever required.
