PLEASE READ – Important Information About Legalisations & Document Uploads
To avoid confusion when placing your order, please read the following carefully:

How Legalisations Are Counted
Each translation requires its own legalisation.
This includes notarization, Apostille, and/or Super Legalisation.
Legalisation fees are calculated per document/translation, not per file.

Uploading Multiple Documents
You may upload multiple documents combined into a single PDF for convenience.
However, combining documents into one PDF does not reduce the number of legalisations required.

Example:
3 documents uploaded as 1 PDF = 3 separate legalisations
Selecting the Number of Legalisations
Please ensure that the number of legalisations selected matches the number of documents/translations that require legalisation.
Even if documents are similar or submitted together, each document is processed and legalised individually.

Why This Matters
Each document receives its own official stamps, seals, and certificates, which is why they must be handled separately.
Incorrect quantities may result in processing delays or additional charges.
