Apostille or Super Legalisation?

Only countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention can receive an apostille. If the country is not part of this international treaty, your document will require a super legalisation.


Pricing Information:

For all products, there are 2 types of Notary Legalisation:

  • Legalisation of an electronic document (PDF) – 70 CHF
  • Legalisation of the actual (handwritten) signature – 150 CHF

The Product base fee includes the Legalisation of a PDF. You must choose the language for your Notary Legalisation once the product has been selected. If you need a Notary Legalisation of the actual (handwritten) signature please select this on the product page (using the drop down menu) – an additional 80 CHF will be added.

Send us your original or certified documents via mail, courier, or drop-off. Weโ€™ll verify everything and ensure theyโ€™re ready for apostille.

Verification & Notarisation

If required, we notarise or confirm certification before submission to the appropriate state or federal agency.

We handle the full apostille / Super Legalisation process on your behalfโ€”state or federalโ€”depending on where your document was issued.
